Reminder - No After-school Clubs Today.
Reminder: There will be NO after-school clubs tomorrow, October 7. All students will dismiss at 3:05 p.m.
Hi Prairie Oak Families,
We’re excited to launch the enrichment portion of our tutoring and clubs program this week! If your child attended tutoring last week, they will now stay for the activities that follow, with dismissal at 5:45 p.m. from the main entrance. It will be a long day, so please pack an extra snack.
We’re excited to try something new, and based on registration, many of you are too! Thank you for your commitment. We ask that students attend consistently. If you would prefer to reduce the number of days your child attends, please email ojaime@bn98.org and cc me at ebarragan@bn98.org. We’ll work with you, and this may open a spot for another student.
A few reminders:
Soccer, Running Club, and Art Clubs will still dismiss at 4:15 p.m.
Mariachi and FolklĂłrico will continue with their usual schedules.
There will be no tutoring or clubs on Wednesday, October 7.

It’s time for clubs again, and we’re excited to offer some new clubs and opportunities for students this year!
Please pay close attention to the start and end times, as they may be different depending on the club.
This year, some clubs will look a little different. Certain clubs include an academic tutoring session at the beginning, which means they will run a little longer.
For these clubs:
-Tutoring only will begin next week.
-Tutoring plus the full club session will begin the following week.
These are great opportunities for students, but some programs will end later in the day, so please be sure to check the times carefully when registering. When registering, please make sure your child is able to commit to attending regularly. Club spots are limited and highly sought after, so we appreciate families signing up only if they are able to participate consistently.

Picture Day Ordering:
No money is needed on Picture Day. Each student will receive a QR card to access their photos. Once photos are ready, families will be notified by email and can view and purchase pictures online.
